$4,400.00 (save $400.00!) per week, one week minimum
Fall/Winter/Spring, Mid-September to Mid - May
(excluding Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Years Week): $3,045.00 per
week, one week minimum OR $435.00 per night, 2 night minimum
Plus a 10% Shasta County Vacation Home Tenant Occupancy Tax (T.O.T)
Cleaning fee of $250.00 will be added to the above rate. Maximum capacity of 15
guests. |

All reservations require a $500.00 refundable security deposit.
One-half of rental fee plus a security deposit will be required to
reserve your accommodations. This can be paid via credit card by
phone, or by check if received within three days. A confirmation
packet will then be sent to you. The remaining one-half of the
rental fee is due 45 days prior to your arrival. (If, when making
your reservation, your vacation date is less than 45 days away, the
full amount will be due at that time).
Cancellation Policy:
45 Days or More Prior to Reservation Date:
Full refund of prepaid rental payments will be refunded to you less
a 15% cancellation fee based on your total rental amount. The
security deposit is 100% refunded.
44-30 Days Prior to Reservation Date:
Full refund of prepaid rental payments will be refunded to you less
a 15% cancellation fee based on your total rental amount. The
security deposit is forfeited.
29-0 Days Prior to Reservation Date:
No refund*

If the balance due and signed Guest Agreement form are not received
when due, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to keep
your reservation. If payment is not made at that time, the
cancellation policy as outlined above will be applied. The
individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age
and be one of the guests staying at the house. The maximum occupancy
as arranged at the time of reservation will be strictly enforced.

Any charges for damages, telephone
use or excessive cleaning will be deducted from your security
deposit and an explanatory statement will be sent to you along with
the deposit balance.
